Mental health challenges among youth are rising at an alarming rate. Our project aims to meet them where they are—on their phones—with a supportive, accessible, and stigma-free solution.
The Issue
Young people often face:
Anxiety, depression, and stress without proper tools to manage them
Limited or no access to therapy or support services
Social stigma that prevents them from asking for help
Overwhelmed school systems unable to provide mental health education
Our Solution
We’re creating a mobile app that empowers users with:
Guided Mindfulness Exercises: Breathing, grounding, and stress-reduction techniques.
Educational Content: Age-appropriate resources on mental health and self-care.
Crisis Tools: Quick-access resources for users experiencing acute distress.
Chat Support with Trained Counselors: A safe space to talk, ask questions, and feel heard.
Our Goals
Reach 1 million users in the first 18 months
Partner with 500 schools to integrate the app into their student wellness initiatives
Offer free premium access to youth in low-income communities
